We wanted to take a minute to thank all of our soggy volunteers for being real troopers in not-so-awesome weather during the Peroni Crawlin’ Crab Half Marathon and 5k in Hampton, Virginia last weekend. Special thanks to the Bon Secours In Motion ATC’s for rockin’ it for the duration of the race and a HUGE hat’s-off to Dr. Jason McHugh, our sports Medicine Specialist Extraordinaire! And J&A Racing was a pleasure to work with as always!
