Ron began working for Bon Secours in 2004. He made a career switch from a school teacher to a physical therapist to combine two of his passions — teaching and physical performance. His clinical specialties include Graston Technique® therapy (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), orthopaedics and sports medicine — particularly foot and ankle, and running injuries. Ron also mentors Old Dominion University physical therapy students as both a clinical instructor and topics class educator.
