In Motion Volunteers at the 2012 Virginia Beach Heart Walk

This weekend a group from In Motion participated in the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk at Mount Trashmore!

Christina Johnson, from In Motion at Boo Williams, and Emily Strobino, from In Motion at Healthy Way lead the group of walkers in a warm-up and stretch with the help of some of our Team Lean participants, Cynthia Smith and Richard Jackson. Christina’s mom, Angela Russell also joined in on the fun!

Recognize the lady with the gold medal? Her name is Francina McCrory and she’s a 2012 Olympic gold medalist for the USA’s 4 x 400 meter relay team!
