In Motion Makes a Big Impression at the Successful Aging Forum
Last week kept In Motion busy with all kinds of events events! At the largest event we participated in, Audra Lepper and Kathy Stover, Bon Secours In Motion employees, did a great job promoting In Motion programs to all the delightful visitors at the Successful Aging Forum.
Their message? The Fountain of Youth isn’t entirely a myth; regular exercise and proper nutrition can keep you looking and feeling young forever!
The In Motion table spoke with over 1,000 seniors, and here are just some of the comments we heard:
- “Everyone at the Portsmouth Y is super.”
- “Aki in Virginia Beach is amazing!”
- “Kim is a delight, I tell all my friends to go to MIH!”
- “John at MIH did wonders with my back pain!”
- “Rob (Yorktown YMCA) went way out of his way to help with my back and neck injury!”
- “The team at MIH was so helpful and friendly!”
- “Terry was so patient with me and the rest of team was so nice, I actually looked forward to therapy!”
- “Glenda was my therapist and she was fantastic!”
- “DJ was a great therapist I would go back to him!”
- “I had my knee surgery with Dr. Carter and he suggested Harbor View In Motion, I loved the whole team even though it hurt like $%#!”
- We had a lot of seniors from Suffolk and they were all singing the praises of MC. “She’s amazing, wonderful and a real sweet girl!”
- “Terry did a great job with my therapy at Eagle Harbor clinic!”
- “Marlene did my vestibular therapy, and she changed my life!”
- “I’m a member of the Yorktown Y and know Chris. He is always telling everyone how great you guys are at In Motion so I tell everyone too. If you want great therapy go see the folks at In Motion!!”
