Armistead Ave. in Hampton. This is the newest Physical Therapy and Sports Performance center to fly the In Motion flag. To celebrate, In Motion is offering a free balance screening (by appointment) to Boo Williams visitors.

The center offers orthopaedic rehab, sports rehab, Sportsmetrics, functional movement screens, manual therapy, massage therapy, knee injury prevention, and strength and conditioning programs for athletes.

A balance screening is a quick, painless assessment of how well your balance functions are operating. In Motion solutions for imbalance can be as simple as strengthening exercises, although balance re-training and vestibular therapy are also available. For people whose balance is severely compromised, a referral to Bon Secours’ Mid-Atlantic Hearing and Balance Institute may be recommended.
