Behind the Scenes with In Motion's Football Combine Preparatory Training Program
At the Bon Secours In Motion Football Combine Preparatory Program, our experts train competitive, high-level athletes. Athletes who train with the In Motion program receive personalized training on every aspect of the combine test. This includes specific testing techniques for the Bench Press, Pro Agility, L-Drill, 40-Yard Dash, Vertical and Broad Jumps, and Position Specific Preparation.
We start every program by measuring an athlete’s capabilities – musculoskeletal evaluation, functional movement screening and flexibility. Then we analyze everything from your running mechanics to your agility technique, to help you overcome inefficient movement patterns and physical weaknesses. Our specialized training improves strength, power and speed for excellent overall performance. Our periodized program also ensures that the athlete peaks in performance at the time of the combine test. Another emphasis is injury prevention strategies to decrease the risk of injury and improve movement patterns.
