New Physical Therapy Job Listing: Seeking Clinical Manager on the Peninsula
Bon Secours In Motion Physical Therapy and Sports Performance is hiring on the peninsula! Our newest position is a Clinical Manager, responsible for numerous outpatient clinics, based in Newport News.
This position acts as a Clinical Leader of three outpatient physical therapy clinics on the Peninsula, in Hampton, Newport News, and Yorktown. These clinics see a variety of orthopaedics, sports and occupational health cases. Responsible for supporting three clinical site supervisors, this role has key duties in team building, leading performance, program development, strategic planning, operationalizing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, hiring new employees, overseeing performance improvement, and maintaining superior patient and employee engagement.
This position may also require occasional patient care. An ideal candidate has a proven track record of building good working relationships, developing a vision and coaching employee ability.
Requirements: All applicants should be licensed physical therapists. We would prefer at least three years of experience in outpatient orthopedics and sports rehab, with an emphasis on manual therapy. Applicants should also have experience in leadership, operational management and program development.
