I want to thank Aaron McKissick and the rest of Bon Secours In Motion Sports Performance Group for the work done with our 11U baseball team, The Western Branch Heat.
After completing 10 team sessions at your In Motion Harbour View location in Suffolk, it is clear to me that our boys are stronger, quicker and more agile than before and it is paying dividends in all aspects of their game including mental well being. They are clearly more confident in their own abilities and it shows. That means a lot and allows us to compete at a higher level and play up into the 12U division.
The explosiveness they are showing hitting, running, fielding and throwing is measurable. The sound of the baseball coming off of their bats is incredible. These young athletes have taken a big step this winter in getting a leg up on the competition… and they enjoyed every minute of it. They want more.
