Bon Secours In Motion has helped me in both Sports Performance and losing weight. I have lost over twenty pounds since beginning the program on January 29, 2010. I play tennis and I am serving with a great deal more power and my stamina has increased dramatically. I can play for two or two-and-a-half hours without any problems with stamina and never get winded.
The staff has been wonderful and very responsive to my needs. Front desk personnel Nicki, Coni, and Katie have been great.
