Pre-Season Jump Training
Gain Power. Jump Higher. Stay Strong.
This fall In Motion Sports Performance is opening its doors early to athletes who would like to get a head-start on their training. Take advantage of this pre-season jump training to prepare yourself for the upcoming season.
During a one hour training session you will get small group attention (4 or less per session) and individualized drills and work-outs. These work outs will include: movement prep, agility drills, strength training, power drills, pillar/core strength training, and vertical jump training. Our highly skilled and trained staff will be there to address any biomechanical issues which may cause injury or prevent performance improvement.
Cost/Pricing
For the pre-season training, we are able to offer special pricing to any basketball athlete for $10/session.
Times
Sessions are by appointment only and this offer is good from October 1st – January 1st.
